Harmony Health Cover offered to check my existing policy renewal stiff offered good value. I was very sceptical - I get loads of these calls - but agreed to provide the information they needed. However, they really delivered: a better policy and a big saving. My only criticism would be that I don't yet have the policy documentation and the new policy starts today.

have consistently responded to any queries promptly and courteously. We wished to move existing health cover from an existing group policy to a new separate group policy. This was accomplished without issue, within timescales and within budget.

The initial call from Ashley was extremely professional and at no time did I feel under pressure, which from my and I'm sure many other people's point of view, is a big plus.
When I spoke to Kirsty, she was informative, inspiring confidence and again very professional. Her appointments to call were kept to the minute, and having been able to reduce the cost of our premiums, I am most impressed by the excellent service.
