Very happy with the service received. I was contacted with a renegotiated premium price below the initial renewal quote in plenty of time before the renewal date. When I asked for information about additional cover the information was provided very promptly.

I have been very impressed with the care and attention of Kirsty Bennett over the years that I have been using Harmony. This year, I was contacted by Hollie about renewing my policy and once she realised that I was not happy with the renewal cost, she asked Kirsty to ring me to discuss my options. This Kirsty did and we were able to tweak my cover so that my monthly premiums were more acceptable.

Kirsty's advice was brilliant, they have a great team at Harmony with Scott & Eponine as well. When they weren't available Holley was also there to help field our enquiries. We not only trust Harmony with our own Private Medical/Cashplan needs and advice, but we also quite happily refer our clients to them on a frequent and regular basis.

Yet another twelve months have passed and my health insurance cover was renewed by Kirsty and Holly with no fuss and as efficient as ever.
