Health Insurance Policy
I received notification from Aviva of the premium for renewing my policy. I thought the increase in annual premium was rather steep and contacted Kirsty Bennett who said she would look at alternatives to get a reduction in premium. She re-contacted me with various options and explained in detail what the changes would entail. As a result of her research and explanations, I was able to select a suitable renewal policy at a competitive premium. She was very efficient and explained everything very clearly.

The Way Forward.
I have just renewed for the second year with Harmony Health Insurance. Fortunately we haven’t had to require their service. Very polite and very professional, the deal breaker for me was the time and compassion, which the NHS lost a long time ago. Even though my wife is a pediatric nurse for the NHS we are very satisfied with our decision.

Harmony Health Cover - Vitality Policy
I have been using Harmony Health for many years before renewing my policy and find them to be excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always look for the right policy and price to suit my needs. I would not go ahead with renewing any policy before first contacting them. The whole team are excellent, cheerful, patient and answer any questions I may have.
