A truly excellent service
I always look forward to hearing from Kirsty Bennett calling me annually in December to renew my policy - over the past few years I have been able to gain confidence that she will always strive to search out the best deal, will always conduct herself with the utmost respect, politeness and professionalism and if anything goes slightly amiss, she will always take the extra step to sort out the problem. Also dealing with the same person each year gives continuity to the procedure. It is a truly excellent service.

Switching Medical Insurers
From receiving a telephone call to advise that our renewal would be due 'in a few weeks time' and an initial discussion about our current year's medical activity, we received excellent advice on the market availability for our consideration. A follow up call, at an agreed date, developed the options for us concluding with a switch to a new provider.
Throughout we received clear, concise explanations, answers and advice which made us very content with the service we received. We are both extremely pleased with our expert's professionalism..

Reinsuring with BUPA
Original policy cancelled after 32 years because of cost. New policy wanted to cut waiting time should a condition need investigating and treatment. Was approached and offered a better deal than another provider.
