Got my model railway insurance renewal from Magnet Insurance through and was pleasantly surprised to see that it had only increased slightly in price for the year, which in the current climate is laudable, and most welcome. I was able to renew it very easily by phone, and got the confirmed policy through the same day.

Phone Line Problem?
I had a letter which asked me to be in touch and I thought to telephone would be the easiest but I could not get through - not because the line was engaged but that it was completely cut off several times during your recorded intro.

Seamless Renewal of 'Clubs & Societies' Insurance
I found the renewal process with Magnet Insurance Services Ltd under their Societies Combined Insurance All Risks Policy very straightforward. The policy wording was refreshingly easy to follow being itemised under the appropriate main headings. The premium proved very reasonable also.
I chose to renew over the telephone and found the member of staff I spoke to very efficient. I received all appropriate documentation and the covering Certificate of Insurance posted to my email address on the same day.

When I wanted to renee my insurance with Magnet, I found it easy to do. The phone was answered quickly and the agent found my insurance policy readily, altered one piece of information which was incorrect and then took my payment over the phone.
