Excellent, friendly service and very good prices
I started using Magnet for specialist collection insurance and have now added household insurance purchased through Magnet. I have found their prices very competitive. They seem on the customer's side trying to control price increases - indeed on the collections insurance they have only gone up £5 in 6 years, so I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to others.

Rang to renew insurance cover. Phone was answered promptly (very unusual these days when everyone seems to experience extremely high call volumes) and case was handled very quickly.
