Excellent service from Connor
Just to say we were very impressed with the friendly but professional service provided when we sorted out the home insurance for our new property with Connor yesterday. As new customers (apart from a Model Railway Collection insurance) it was a refreshing change to deal with a "real" human and not just someone reading out a list of questions from a script. It was also nice not to have to wait for ages in a queue and to only be asked relevant questions; the process was relatively quick and handled with patience and humour by Connor, especially given my need to say "pass" while my husband double-checked some answers against the sales details or surveyor's report on our new property.

First Class Emergency Insurance Claim
I recently made a claim on the emergency home insurance cover so am only commenting on this. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Claim was handled and repaired same day with a minimum of fuss. The plumber was top notch and knew exactly how to access and repair the burst pipe which was dripping through the ceiling. I was very concerned that this would be a difficult job that would leave a lot of damage to ceiling or other. He had it fixed in minutes and accessed it through the upstairs floor. He managed to replace the carpet as it was and you can't even tell. I am so pleased and thank you so much to this plumber.
