Received my home renewal invitation which had gone up by an appreciable percentage. Spoke to Magnet expecting the usual "pantomime" of special reference being made to a manager for dispensation to reduce the premium to a more competitive level but actually had a clear explanation and no charade. Happy to renew.

Very happy with my dealings over the telephone regarding renewing my House and contents insurance with you. Everything was clearly spoken and straightforward... Unlike my experience with my Bank. They fouled up my original online transaction by not transferring the money until 4 days had transpired instead of the 2 hours stated and as a result, I have now paid the amount twice. No doubt, you will sort this for me with the same efficiency!
