Reasonably priced home insurance
Very good quote, obtained through a comparison site. The process to take out the policy was very efficient, the staff were helpful and dealt with my questions about cover. This doesn't appear to be a policy that scrimps on cover in order to justify the competitive price. Experience so far is good. Hopefully I won't ever need to claim, but the proof will be in the pudding if the need ever arises!

This is the second year that I've been with Magnet and the service has been good every time that I've spoken to an advisor, my renewal was cheaper than last year so what made me happy.
The person I spoke with was lovely and went out their way to help me.
Ive never made a claim so don't know how easy the process is but I assume it would be fine based on their service before.

Home Insurance
Everything went fine on the phone and insurance is in place, my only complaint is that I have never received an email and I have sorted through all rejected mail including the Office 365 system which sends me a list of messages held by their system every two to three days. As I store much of our data digitally this means I can't access a copy. Also I would have anticipated that an online account would be set up to access policies.

Simple renewal at a good price
Always expect to go back to the market at renewal time when the insurance company hikes the price up for the renewal. NOT THE CASE HERE. Price the same as last year and cheaper than those on the search engine. Good work Magnet!
