Magnet insurance
Been asked to review a product which if you think about it you aren’t able to do unless you make a claim! Because surely that’s how you are able to judge home insurance providers. I went with them because they were cheaper than my previous supplier and are a local company just down the road from me .
Hopefully I will never have to give an honest review about how good or bad they are as I don’t want to have to put in a claim !

I am quite impressed with this company. They have never used Covid as an excuse for inefficiency unlike many other companies at the moment. My renewal arrived in good time for me to make an informed decision compared with other quotations should I need them but as they quoted a very competitive price I found I didn't need to move to another company this time. The whole renewal process was fast and efficient and the new documents were received shortly afterwards. Well done Magnet!

Rewards loyal customers
Been with Magnet a year after Meerkat quote. Expecting the usual hike in renewal premium got a new Meerkat quote only to find Magnet's renewal price was more or less the same as I paid last year. At one time you were usually rewarded for loyalty, but these days the opposite is normally the case, but Magnet have bucked the trend and got my business for another year.
I can’t comment on their claims process as happily I have had no cause to claim.
