I filled in the form via ConfusED .com and received some prices. I telephoned your company and a very nice young man took my payment details, advised whether to pay in one amount or monthly and was most pleasant and helpful. I explained that I didn't really know how to download documents and he assured me he would send them via the post. True to his word they turned up very quickly. I was most impressed, so thank you.

Great value for money
I came across Magnet via an online comparison site but only by evaluating an item for less than its real value. Their quote was much lower than anyone else's. I phoned them up to discuss the quote and to see if I could amend the online quote to what I really needed and to my pleasant surprise I could. Also, they helped me maintain the low value by discovering that a higher level of cover was cheaper! So I have exactly what I want for the next year. Hopefully the renewal quote in a year's time will be not too dissimilar to this year's.

I needed to make an update to my home insurance. I called the the number which was conveniently available, got through right way to a real person who could easily and immediately help me. The change had been implemented before I came off the phone. This was refreshingly different from most service providers these days.

I have been with Magnet Insurance for a few years now. When it comes to renewal, I always speak to them rather than just rolling over previous years arrangements as there are some non-standard aspects of my home. I always feel that I am talking to an expert in home insurance and I feel very reassured by that. Thankfully, I haven't had any reason to claim on the insurance, so I don't personally know how responsive they are in those circumstance, but other reviews reassure me on that point. I value the personalised service very much so really wouldn't want to go anywhere else for home insurance now. They give a guarantee that existing customers get the same deal as new customers, so no need for me to go somewhere else for price advantage. Overall, excellent company.
