I was very pleased with the initial contact with Magnet, saying they would phone back later to discuss my quote. We have all heard that before and you wait and wait but sure enough they phoned when they said and the broker I spoke to was excellent explaining things that I confess I had found difficult and made it sound straightforward and easily understandable. Nothing was too much trouble and excellent service the paperwork came through quickly and I had asked for a paper version as well which arrived a few days later. I have already recommended you to my friends when their insurance comes up for renewal.

Well there's a refreshing change!
I insured with Magnet for my home insurance last year having found them cheapest on a price comparison site. When my renewal came through it was about the same as last year, plus they were throwing in free legal cover. I still went on a price comparison site and they could not meet the renewal price.
Magnet's policy of looking after existing customers is something I have never come across before and is to be commended and recommended.
