Took out policy 12 months ago and was very happy with service, product and price. Come renewal time this time around, price was again very competitive and matched last years price. This was also comparable to other providers and so was not worth changing. Also very helpful staff which helps a lot.

Thanks for your postive review. Magnet has always adopted this approach of charging our existing 'Magnet Home' customers less than new customers. We believe retaining hard-won existing customers makes business sense, is fairer by rewarding existing customers for their loyalty to us. The FCA agree with this approach, as they are imposing new rules on Motor & Home Insurers later this year to get rid of this loyalty penalty!
