Second year with Magnet Insurance, my premium was cheaper which is refreshing and quite rare in the insurance sector.
I felt more of a personal touch with magnet than other insurers, I would recommend.

I haven't made a claim - but the setting up of the policy was very easy and clear. My phone calls and emails were dealt with promptly and very efficiently. I also like the policy booklet. It contains everything I may need.

Claim for drain problem
Long waiting times between contact and nothing seems to happen without us chasing them. First notified them regarding the problem in early January it is now mid- March and nothing has happened!

I have recently taken out a home insurance policy with Magnet Insurance Services Limited, and had cause to query a small clause in the agreement supplied by their financial services partner. I rang Magnet and without a wait my call was answered by a very helpful representative. She fully explained the clause and ensured that I was happy with everything else. I felt really pleased with the response and that I had made the switch to Magnet.
