Great Service, Great Price, Great Product
I got on to Magnet through a price comparison site. My current home insurer expected me to accept a 24% price hike in my annual premium, despite me having no claims or changes of circumstances. So naturally I looked around and not only did Magnet come out the cheapest by far, but they also included cover that others were not offering in the price, like emergency home cover and legal assistance.
I arrange some finer details over the phone and the chap I spoke was very helpful and easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Top notch so far.

My current provider simply increased my premium without a courtesy email for my annual renewal and their customer service staff member was extremely blunt so it was a pleasure to see and choose the Magnet offering

A good start
Having received a 25% increase in my house/contents insurance I checked online and found, not the cheapest, but the best with regard to cover. Got through to an advisor straight away, who was very knowledgeable and helpful and very quickly got myself covered at ½ the price of my last insurer. Just hope in the next year or two it goes the same way as my last insurer.
