Magnet were very easy to deal with both during the process of getting insurance and after processing my information through. There's no waiting around on the phone and every call is met by a friendly, knowledgeable voice. Would definitely highly recommend to others.

Magnet Insurance Ltd. have been fantastic in all aspect of my initial quote and subsequent renewals.

The renewal quote I received represented very good value for money and so I felt it encumbent on me to undertake as much due diligence as I could. I waded through about 300 customer reviews, all of which gave glowing praise for the efficiency and competance of the staff and systems invloved in the arrangement of insurance. However, that is no guarantee that the claims management will be handled as well and there were only two reviews about the claims side of the business within the 300. One was very favourable and was from a lady who had been flooded last spring, the other was from a gentleman who had been dissatisfied with his treatment, but he failed to mention the nature of his claim.

I looked at the third party company (Davis Management Group) employed to manage claims, the set up the underwriters (Eaton Gate) and the re-insurance through Bermuda, all of which seemed normal and satisfactory. I spoke at length to Connor at Magnet. He explained what changes Magnet had put in place to overcome the potential problems created by Brexit and generally his ability to answer my questions effectively left me feeling confident to renew my house and contents insurance with Magnet for another year.

No issue, easy to sign up online and receive docs for a comprehensive policy with good cover.

OK, this is only in relation to the sign-up process for home insurance, and ultimately the big test for any insurer is how well they handle any claim, but so far I have been very impressed with Magnet. Got a quote online and phoned them for some clarification. Wasn't confronted with loads of pre-recorded messages and didn't have to pop various numbers in to get to the right team, but was greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice pretty promptly. It was a breath of fresh air compared to most insurance companies I'd dealt with before. Anyway, all my questions were answered, a couple of amends made, the revised quote was sent through almost immediately, and I went online again to pay. Touch wood, I never have to claim, but if I do I really do hope that the process is just as friendly, efficient and professional!

Recently received our renewal notice for our buildings and contents insurance. To our amazement the cost had only gone up a few pounds, something we are not use to as other companies usually increase the cost tremendously, we did look at some alternative companies but Magnet was by far the best both in price and cover offered. We would highly recommend them.

Used one of the compare sites and magnet was very competitive both on price and content. Hopefully this will not only be a one year job
