House insurance at a reasonable price
Magnet are not known for insurance, more for kitchens. But they are very competitive price wise. Time will tell I suppose.

Renewal Quote
I am an existing customer and have not made any claims in the last 15 years.
My renewal quote was much higher than the previous year and slightly higher than what my quote with Magnet was on Comparison Sites.
That cannot be right, can it ?

Often Insurers/insurance providers do offer better deals to new customers to win new business but Magnet Insurance don't believe this is fair. Our approach is the exact opposite. We charge our existing customers less than new customers based upon same risk details. It may only be a very small difference but the premium will be lower. Having received my renewal invitation, I checked on a cost comparison site. Magnet came out a slightly cheaper price but after speaking to your office it was clear that I needed a better cover.
