Documentation
Your pricing for premiums is very competitive. However, I think you need to review some of the wording in your Policy document as I sometimes found it rather confusing. Rather than being clear what you meant, I sometimes had to make assumptions and then phone your office for confirmation. The young woman I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant.

I couldn’t give all the exact details on the online form and knew that I had to let them know as it might affect their quote. Tarra was so helpful at every stage, as it was a little bit complicated, but she just made me feel reassured that it would get sorted, which it did.

I was sent an email asking for a review. Aside from buying the insurance I haven't had much to do with magnet. Their website is bad, their T&C's aren't great but the price is right
