Used a comparison website to renew the house insurance. Previous issues with other companies putting unrealistic loading on the house as it's a listed building in the countryside and we had to 'phone them, waiting for 40 minutes for three consecutive days to get through!
Magnet's policy was much more sensible and it was dealt with quickly over the internet.
