I did the whole thing online. It was quick and easy and a very competitive price. I was rather surprised that items over a certain price had to be in a safe, so we had to buy one which all added to the total cost. But the real test will be if I have to put in a claim.

I was quite happy to renew my house insurance online. The instructions were easy to follow and did not take up too much time to complete. However I was not able to print all the necessary documents concerning my renewed policy. Would it be possible for you to send me a printed copy by post?

Claim Nightmare
Magnet Insurance Services Ltd sub contract the claim management process to a 3rd party but in reality they totally delegate it. They fail to manage the 3rd party, don't take any responsibility for the process, don't want to get involved, thereby failing to provide any sort of service to their customers.

First time I have heard of Magnet but it was so easy to fill in the form online. The cost of my buildings and contents insurance was excellent compared to others. I will be using them again next year. If you want anything easy to do online then use Magnet.
