Excellent service
I had to renew my home insurance this year - not only did they immediately respond to a couple of queries I had with the same morning, but were also very clear and helpful in their advice. Added to that the premium was held at the same very reasonable price as last year. Even during the difficulties of the Covid crisis they were on the ball and incredibly efficient. While Magnet Insurance service were honest in declaring they are only 3 star rated, the service offered suited my needs and was a little more comprehensive that more expensive policies on offer. The web site was easy to manouver with quick simple questions and appropriate tick box answers so wasn't time consuming, thank you.

No fuss and professional service
So far, I can only comment on buying the insurance. There was a prompt answer and no battling through voicemail and being kept on hold. The operator checked my requirements and was very helpful in answering a few questions and ensuring I had the correct policy. The response from the broker was within the two days I expected and the quote from Go Compare was the final amount. The paperwork arrived promptly by email. Overall, an easy and pleasant experience.
