Magnet came up on a price comparison website, but as our property is quite unique I needed to be sure it would be adequately covered. On discussing with Magnet I have been reassured that all will be fine and I am very happy with the service received to date and the competitive premium that the insurance is provided at. All insurance can only be truly assessed when a claim is made - I feel confident from dealings to date that claims will be handled in a similar fashion.

A bit puzzled
I purchased my House insurance from Magnet Insurance through Compare the Market a fe days ago. The whole process was done online and I was sent the documents immediately online. I have had no other communication with Magnet, which I find a bit disconcerting. Most insurers do speak to you in order to check that the policy you are purchasing suits your needs. On the other hand the process was simple, no hanging on the end of a recorded message on the phone. Having just read the feedback questions, I have come back to this review as it now seems very strange that I have had absolutely no communication with this insurance company. They do get excellent reviews though, that's part of the reason I chose them.
