It is the first time I have dealt with Magnet Insurance Services Ltd. and the advisor I spoke to was very courteous and helpful without being "pushy" which I appreciated. I have only just purchased the product so I will be unable to comment on the policy until the first year has completed.

My daughter saw my last years insurance papers and with my approval got in contact with you and together we made the contact with yourselves. l, in my ignorance, didn't realise that the follow up would be on line. Apart from the fact that lhave macular degeneration l am, at76yrs old, almost computer illiterate so l was really upset when l found that there was more to do on the computer, I tried and failed with the finance companies question on my account number and as it was a weekend this made me very anxious. My family live over 100 miles away and l have to self isolate. On the following Monday l telephoned your number and was greeted by the most delightful lady who completely put me at my ease, listened to my worries and assured me that you would send me paperwork which I have always had and true to her promise l have now had the documents and l am more than satisfied with your service, and especially the help and reassurance which l received on the phone I must admit that without her help l would have renewed my old insurance which would have cost me a lot more. Thank you so much. I'm sure that I will be using you in the future but there are many elderly people like me, whose children mean well, but who really rely on paperwork.

We have never had a problem with Magnet for our clubroom insurance having dealt with them for a number of years.

I found the company on Compare the Market. I had a couple of questions that I needed answering and due to the present Covid 19 circumstances I was asked to book a call back the following day. I received an e-mail 30 mins prior to the time reminding me of the call. The representative that I spoke to was working from home but answered all of my questions within 5 minutes then sent an e-mail to me with the relative detail. I signed up shortly after. Great service and really good value.

I sought a quote from a comparison site and Magnet were the cheapest. I normally scroll down from the cheapest until I see a recognisable company, but on this occasion I didn’t.
I phoned Magnet and the Agent was very helpful, but due to age of the house, he had to seek advice. The Agent said he would get back to me within a couple of days, of which he did.
I am very pleased at present, but obviously I have not had to make a claim and hopefully will not have to.

As a senior I don't like complicated forms to fill. This was easy and by far the most economical insurance to date.
