Model railway exhibition insurance
Once again our railway club has applied to Magnet for our event insurance. This was set by phone call and was arranged quickly and easily using card payment. An email was promptly received confirming the policy and paper copy was received within a few days.

I can highly recommend Magnet Insurance Services. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Everything is explained fully. You are completely kept informed via e mail and hard copy and they are always at the end of the phone. Thank you for your review and your feedback. We've noted your file to send correspondence by post moving forwards. We apologise for any frustration caused by our reminder proceedures. Our internal process is automatically set up to send 1 renewal reminder 7 days before a policy is due, if we haven't heard back from a client in case the renewal invitation hasn't been recieved. Unfortunately this is something we can't change but we appreciate your comments.

Quick Renewal
The system is quicker than phoning and speaking to someone, which is still an option if you have a query or need to make alterations to your cover. It is of course open 24 hours a day so insurance renewal can be done when it is convenient for you.
