Very helpful
When I first called and spoke with Olivia Bound she was extremely helpful and efficient. The confirmation of my quote arrived within minutes and was exactly what I needed. Bearing in mind we are all in very strange times I think the service I received was excellent and I would recommend Magnet to friends. When I called Olivia to confirm and pay my policy documents arrived immediately. Very impressive.

Easy to take out house and contents insurance.
I found the experience of taking out a buildings and contents policy to be a stress free and a pleasing experience whilst using on line Magnet insurance Services Ltd.
I did not renew with my long time insurers Castle Cover as they have handed my policy to Rias, who wanted to charge me an extra £20, just to enact the transfer and renewal. Hence, they lost my business. The procedure was clear and straight forward when applying via Magnet Services and long may it continue.
