Great Service
Really pleased with the service and price of our new Home Insurance. Painless to set up and have saved 50% changing. We have been with our last insurer for 25 years, but sadly could not beat the price. Always been reluctant to change as thought would be a hassle . It worked out perfectly .

Best Price
The annual searching for good home insurance brought me to this company from 2 comparison websites and on reading what was included as standard and the reviews, I decided to take out their combined contents and building insurance. Of course time will tell if they are any good if you have a claim but I am happy to be using a local company to us who know the area and can only hope we have no claims and they come top of the comparison sites next year as well!

First Time Using Magnet
This was the lowest quote I got and received an enhanced policy compared to my previous insurers.
I did also speak to Tom about a couple of things and he was very helpful and professional throughout.
Definitely recommend this company.

Managed to get better cover for less money than my previous insurer. Had some questions about my unadopted Road, they rang back virtually straight away with the answer that it wasn’t a problem. Would recommend Magnet Insurance.

Excellent friendly service
Found this company after extensive research at my home insurance renewal date due to my current insurer's 55% increase in premium even though I have not made a claim in well over 20 years. I found them online and then phoned them on a Saturday morning - the day my insurance was due. It was great speaking to a human being and not a computer so that I was able to get the cover I required as opposed to a yes/ no answer online. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful I hope that I can stay with this company forever, price allowing!

Renewing Magnet house insurance
Premium was less than previous year. Phone answered quickly, an adjustment to the policy quickly done and new price, lower, given. Very easy and rather impressive in this day and age. If they are as good at resolving any claims they might get, then this business model can only be a winner. Well done. So far.......

The online form for the Insurance was simple to use and complete. The only thing at the moment I can say has not happened is my insurance documents. It said on the form they automatically send them out in the post and to date I haven't received mine.
