I am very impressed with the service I received from one member of staff at Magnet Insurance. My original quote was made online and I requested a phone call at 10 am the following day to discuss it. I was called back without delay. The quote I was given online did not meet my requirements so I was promised a phone call back at lunchtime after some research was done to find a suitable insurance. I am a long-standing Magnet customer and my existing insurers renewal premium increased this year. Magnet took the trouble to phone me up in advance to discuss it and we found an alternative insurer at an acceptable premium.
I doubt very much that an automated Meerkat would do this and it gives me confidence that in the event of a claim, someone would be on hand in the event of any problems.

Thankfully found Magnet Insurance Services
We have made only 2 claims on our building policy in the past 43 years, the most recent in December 2018. We were having extreme difficulty getting a reasonably priced quote following the extensive work that was carried out to the property. The flood damage was circa £17,000. Betterment was extensive and included a new boiler, wiring, kitchen with new appliances, flood monitoring equipment and cctv. The quotes we received were astronomical until we contacted Magnet. The service was second to none, the policy documents arrived within the hour. What more could we want.
