Great service
I have been insured by Magnet for quite a few years now, as my railway has grown I have always upped the insured amount, all staff I have dealt with have been very polite and helpful over the phone and always helped when I asked advice about amounts etc, no sales pressure either, I am a member of a large Scottish model railway club and I know we have several members insured with Magnet, great, helpful staff and I thoroughly recommend them.

Magnet Insurance responded the same day to my email enquiry with all the necessary information. Once the premium had been paid, we received the certificate and schedule the same day.

Renewing Insurance
I received a reminder that my policy was expiring in plenty of time. I responded the following day telling them when payment would be made. A few weeks later another email arrived saying they had not heard from me! I replied straight away attaching my original email indicating payment would be made that day. I received an acknowledgement of payment swiftly, but no apology for chasing me when I had already replied.
