Magnet were very responsive to my needs for buildings and home contents insurance, during rebuilding work carried out on my property. They understood what was required and responded promptly with a suitable policy, clear explanations and a reasonably-priced premium. I have had a similar high standard of service again at the recent renewal of the related home-contents policy. I have dealt with Magnet online and by telephone and have received consistently good service throughout. I am happy to recommend them.

LOWER Renewal price
There is, these days, an expectation than insurance renewal means a big price hike and the task of having to shop around for a better deal and switch! So it was nice to see a LOWER Renewal price and as a result I have stayed with Magnet !

These days the insurance market is laden with unfair practices, loopholes, catches and scams. One is often left with at least a feeling of unease and, all too often, absolute outrage. My experience with Magnet has been a revelation (so far!). Very fair and reasonable and efficient, friendly service. Very impressive house insurance product and excellent service combines to provide maximum satisfaction.
