Excellent Customer Service
The only reason I insured with Magnet insurance was because they were the cheapest option on the comparison website I was using.
After checking through the policy documents I found a couple of discrepancies. I emailed the company and, having become accustomed to mediocre customer service over the years I was pleasantly surprised by their response to my queries. Magnet Insurance emailed me back the same day with apologies for the
misunderstanding (that could well have been my own fault!) and a full and understandable explanation of the other points. I am very impressed and would recommend this company on the strength of this experience alone.

We received a timely renewal quote which was, as far as we can tell, reasonably competitive.
