House insurance cheaper than previous insurers

Very good service & value for money. House Insurance was a lot cheaper than my previous Insurers, Axa Insurance.

Timely email asking for information on previously advised building work so that the renewal quote was relevant to the new circumstances. Renewal quote written in plain English. Good to see customer loyalty being rewarded

Unusually for a customer of an insurance company I have remained a customer for around 10 years. I have always been most impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of call centre staff . I like the fact that existing customers get better rates than new customers . It is good to see customer loyalty being rewarded.
The police seems clear and gives me excellent cover for my needs
