Julie handled the claim well and ultimately ensured the funds were received from the insurance provider. It could have been resolved quicker had the circumstances been better understood at the beginning but ultimately much of the delay was due to the insurance provider.

Although these claims can take a while, the process went smoothly (despite the inefficiencies of some medical professionals) and the employee and their family are very happy with the outcome.
Stuart Adamson kept me informed at all stages and kept the process moving with Aviva.
Aviva very quickly understood the severity of the injuries and made the final decision in a timely manner.

Claim for Roof Repair
Recently I had a significant bill for roof repair on our house in France following storm damage. Macbeth sorted out the claim for me without fuss and the successful payment came through promptly after I had provided the appropriate paperwork. This was all the more impressive since I had gone ahead with the repair quickly without a preliminary quote because rainwater was leaking into the house. For the same reason I didn't get photographic evidence, which I should have, but again Macbeth successfully negotiated this additional hurdle. All very impressive and emphasised to me the advantages of going through an experienced broker - thank you Macbeth!

We had to make a claim on our policy, and we were passed to Julie. She was brilliant from start to finish, always quick to respond to any query. Whenever we deal with Macbeth it is a pleasure, so friendly and professional.
