Macbeth Claims

Two claims and both dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We had to make a claim on our policy, and we were passed to Julie. She was brilliant from start to finish, always quick to respond to any query. Whenever we deal with Macbeth it is a pleasure, so friendly and professional. The claim took a while but that was the fault of the other party and it was seen through to the end in a professional way.

Just wanted to say a great thank you to Valda for handling our claim for damages. She was amazing and very professional in her mannerism, approach and efforts to help us with this claim. This was very assuring for us as we had never made a claim for the property and we were not even made aware by the housing association about this sort of thing. Great assistance was provided in liaising with insurers in connection with a successful claim for cancellation of travel and holiday due to temporary ill health. This included early advice and guidance and subsequent communications with insurers. Our claim went from one of little hope to a very successful outcome. Although insurers naturally considered the matter carefully and required evidence of various matters, we are sure that Macbeth's (Julie) good relationship with them helped including by providing some assurance along the way.
