I have recently been left in a very difficult position and let down enormously by my broker of over 20 years. With Multiple, businesses, that own properties, cars etc, i was left in a very difficult position with literally 2 weeks to find another broker and insurer. Macbeth Insurance Brokers, where recommended and i must say i have been very very impressed. i have an account manager with support, they have managed to trawl through all the documentation and piece by piece, place my insurance requirements with reputable firms. I am and remain very impressed and highly recommend them

Macbeth were helpful and polite organising our sea freight insurance. Price was reasonable so very satisfied at present. No idea about claims procedure or efficiency as goods still in transit. Hopefully all will arrive safely and we will not need to find out.
