Macbeth renewed my house insurance policy efficiently as normal
Macbeth renewed my house insurance policy efficiently as normal in January 2022 - bring up the eighth year since I moved into my current property in February 2014. Following a quick discussion on the phone to check if there were any changes in cover, the policy documents were emailed to me showing an annual increase of 5.3%. Given that the property is thatched and in a high flood risk area, Macbeth recommended that this still represented good value. I paid the premium by card over the phone and the policy documents were emailed to me within a day. What more can I ask?

I have found dealing with Macbeth, through Carl Sharp and Mandy Everest, straightforward and “user-friendly” despite having an unusual property to insure. Carl has always been helpful on queries and tries extremely hard to meet our premium expectations.
