Professional, Efficient & Trustworthy!
We contacted James Bishop at Macbeth to explore options with our PI insurance renewal coming up. We had been with the same provider since the business commenced operation, and James offered to assist with obtaining comparison quotations to see if we could achieve a better deal than our current policy. From start to finish, James was responsive, efficient & all-round professional and was able to contact our current Insurer, to obtain a discounted renewal package for another year (despite comparison quotes coming out much more expensive). He was nothing but helpful & attentive, we have full faith in James moving forward to maintain our renewal process each year.
