Into our Third Year with Macbeth
We have just renewed for the second time with Macbeth as the service we get is second to none. Catherine really takes time to understand our business and gives the appropriate guidance to ensure that we have the right cover in place to meet our unique needs at an affordable premium. We get frequent sales calls from other suppliers but it would take a lot to persuade us to look elsewhere and I would have no hesitation in recommending Macbeth to anyone looking for an insurance partner.

They were fantastic!
On the advice of a friend who works within the insurance industry, we approached Macbeths to quote for a difficult to insure the building. Their professionalism, as well as their quote, was great so we took out buildings insurance with them. When our main insurance came up for renewal, we found their quote to be far more suitable to our needs as well as saving us a comprehensive amount of money. We now ensure both our properties and our contents through them and find the personal service and attention to detail head and shoulders above our experience with other insurance companies. On the one occasion, we had to claim, they were fantastic!

Responsive and efficient - and good value
Just renewed my home insurance. Macbeth were their usual friendly, helpful, quick, and efficient selves. They found a good renewal quote - which from my own research I know was much cheaper than I could have got without them. They continued to respond to my questions promptly and helpfully, even after I had renewed. I feel they value me as a long-term customer and they're certainly doing all the right things to keep me as one.
