A friend recommended Macbeth regarding building insurance matters. We had a rather complex case relating to flood risk and block of flats insurance premium.
I spoke to more than 10 commercial insurance brokers both large and boutique and it was only Macbeth who were able to get me a cover/quote which included flood risk. All other brokers said it's not possible!
I think the relationships of Macbeth in the insurance market are unbeatable which must have taken decades to build I think. Also, Macbeth's client care standards are rather unique in the world of leasehold property.
I have been talking to Tony for over an year now and I must say you are with the best out there in the industry.

I get fed up with being asked to review everything so usually don't, but Macbeth have given me consistently brilliant service for nearly 40 years so I felt they have really earned a bit of praise. Pain-free, costed, insurance renewals, for home. motors, travel, landlord every year. They do all the hard work shopping around looking for price and quality. Knocks spots off comparison sites. And if you do have to claim, they give calm friendly advice and liaise with the insurers for you. The small fee on top of the premiums is worth much more in re-assurance and convenience.
