I needed to renew the buildings insurance policy on a property previously rented out but recently vacated. Since work needed to be carried out before the house could be let again or sold, the insurance details needed to change to reflect the change from a let to vacant property. Within a tight timeframe Nicola Bromham at Macbeth was able to agree new terms with the existing insurer, keep the property on cover and advise me on next steps necessary when the status changes again. I was very grateful to be able to benefit from the level of service and attention to detail offered by this highly professional insurance broker.

Been with Macbeth for property and household insurance for some years. Good one to one personal service and feel they know me and needs. Clear policy, easy to make changes and responsive interactions. So many brockers are making things much too complicated with poor IT structures and support, not Macbeth.
