Macbeth's managed to renew my thatch insurance after previous insurer withdrew from thatch cover.
Shortly before my thatched house insurance was due for renewal, Macbeth's advised me that my existing insurer had decided to withdraw from this market. After requesting more details (e.g. type and thickness of thatch which would be difficult to answer) they advised me that they had found another insurer who a) did not require this amount of detail and b) came up with a premium £200 below the previous one. Well done!

Our company has used these brokers for over five years. As a growing business we have had amazing service from being a start up business with continued growth.
