Fantastic support, extensive flood damage
After suffering flood damage from river flooding the existing insurer withdrew cover at renewal. However Rachael worked really hard to find me even better cover with a new insurer. This really helped after such a stressful time. Macbeths also provided great support through the claims process. Many Thanks.

Claim for stolen goods
We've been with Macbeth Insurance for a few years now, this was our first claim but they handled it professionally and quickly. There were a few email exchanges with the underwriter to clarify some initial queries that they had but then the claim was processed and we received the funds shortly thereafter.

I have been with Macbeths for several years and have no intention of moving away , i have found that when ever we have issues on renewal that's when the step up and come into there own, going the extra yard to get things sorted within the time scales and with a keen eye on the cost. The part that i like the most is that they keep me informed every step of the way and they are always the end of the phone regardless of what time of day.

Many thanks after many years
We have been customers for over 15 years first of CMJ and now Macbeth and have always liked your service and solid advice. Nicola and her team have been fantastic through a variety of difficult challenges. Property claims, transactions and renovations throughout the UK and Europe. We are changing brokers only because we are consolidating around a multi Family office platform that will now handle all insurance activities and has a scaled relationship with another global provider.
