We used Macbeth for commercial buy to let insurance cover and found the process very though and easy. The premiums were also very keen against competitors and we would not hesitate in recommending them or talking to them about other insurance cover requirements as policies arise.

I have recently had course to look at our insurance supplier for tenders we are working on. As well as yourself I contacted other brokers for quotes. I believe in recognizing exceptional service when I come across it, hence you are receiving this email.
I have had the greatest pleasure in speaking and having Adam Lawrence handle my requests, I have found him to be extremely professional and unlike any person in your field that I have dealt with previously. Adam has been extremely responsive to calls and emails, empathetic and understanding of my time frames and knowledgeable of our requirements (unlike others). Although our current queries are based on winning a current tender, should we require any insurance for the business moving forward this will be done with your business if Adam is handling our case.

I have used Macbeth for my house insurance for years, and the service is second to none. They make the renewal process painless and were absolutely superb when I needed to make a claim. Paul is one of the most professional people I have come across in the insurance industry as he listens to your requirements and then ensures that you get what you actually need which let's face it, is not always the case. The team at Macbeths offer you the Rolls Royce of insurance advice. Nothing is ever too much hassle for them and they are always at the end of the phone or email when you have a question. On a personal note they manage the block of flats insurance and have been a life saver more than once. If you are looking for an insurance broker who will look after you 110% and will ensure you are not paying over the odds or have a policy that isn't right for you then you need to call Macbeths.
