Unfortunately, as the review is anonymous we can’t respond with specifics but we hope our answers are detailed enough but please get in touch if you’d like to know more.

1. In general, we aim to work to at least one month prior to renewal. For various reasons it can be less than this at times, but we do work hard to avoid any last-minute renewals.

2. An alternative quote is not always presented at renewal as often the holding insurer will continue to be the most competitive and offer the most complete cover. Our focus at renewal is always to ensure your risk is in the best place, not only from a cover and premium perspective, but also from a claims perspective.

3.Internal communication on the whole is pretty good but we accept things can be missed if a voicemail or an out of office isn’t set up correctly and we will review this area in order to ensure any future communications are not missed. A call to our main office number 0118 916 5480, within working hours, will always be answered, as will an email sent to [email protected]. Our webchat function is also a good way of getting hold of a member of the team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and we are sorry to hear that you were a little disappointed with the communication prior to renewal but do thank you for sharing this. Having checked our system records, it does show that an attempt to call was made to you but as the ring tone appeared to be international we did not pursue - which is usual practice as sometimes clients may be in a different time zone. We are glad however that the quotation provided was to your satisfaction and thank you for your continued business and hope that during the course of the policy year, and at next renewal, you feel you have received a 5 star service which is always our aim.
