Working Feedback was an application I was informed would not work with our Current PMS System, after discussion with the Working Feedback team I found this was in fact possible. The Team, Thomas, John and especially David, talked me through the process, supported in setup, instructed in what I needed to do, updated all our SMS / Email question sets to allow Patient Survey and Patient feedback to become paperless, took over our Google account which the company was locked out of. Absolutely fantastic throughout. As I had used this application prior, it was an absolute that we implemented here, as I know it delivers all of the results we need.

I chose to move over from another feedback system to Working Feedback, having previously worked with them at a different practice, and the difference has been outstanding. Everything about Working Feedback is better.
The customer service has been excellent from start to finish. The team explains everything clearly and simply, making the whole process easy to understand. The monthly fee is very reasonable compared to competitors, especially considering the higher level of service provided.
David has been fantastic, checking in with us every month since we went live. Nothing ever feels like too much effort, which is greatly appreciated.
Overall, a 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend Working Feedback to any practice!

A real boost for the practice
Working Feedback has been one of the best investments the practice has made. It has increased our patient numbers/income by collecting feedback from patients automatically. It's simple and effective and feedback is received with little or no effort which has freed up time for staff who previously collected this manually.
It has a great dashboard to give valuable insights into patient views with the added benefit of allowing potential further sales.
