Unihousing is an excellent estate agent for students who are nervous about living in private accommodation. The rooms are always well-maintained and clean, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Any issues I emailed in were sorted ASAP. Their studios are perfect for uni students! A special shoutout to Ken and Lisa, who have consistently gone above and beyond for me. They are both incredible at what they do. Being with Unihousing has eased any worries I had about private landlords and issues in rental properties. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough. Thank you to the team!

I’ve lived in two of Unihousing’s twodio flats and have had a great experience both times! Everything has been straightforward and I haven’t had any issues with moving in and out. They’ve been so fast and responsive with all of my maintenance requests. The team are great, especially Lisa who is so helpful and friendly, thank you!

It's rare to find a business that maintains such a high standard over so many years, but they've done exactly that. I've lived in one of Unihousing's flats for the past 4 years and have had a great experience. The flat is new and in good condition, the private parking lot is convenient, and the whole building feels safe and secure. Lisa has always been especially helpful and approachable; whenever I've had any issues during my tenancy, she's responded quickly and made sure they were resolved efficiently. The maintenance team are also reliable and deal with problems promptly.
