Rented with them in my second year of uni, now in the process of booking for my final year (after a year abroad). Really helpful service, very helpful, very responsive. Maintenance have always been quick to sort any issues. Wouldn't want to go with any other agency! Cannot attend viewings at the moment so Kate has been very helpful answering any questions I have needed via email. Cannot fault this agency at all!

Best In The Business
I have been a customer of Unihousing for almost 5years. Very rarely have I needed to get in touch to sort things out but on every occasion that I have, they've always provided an elite level of customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough. :)

Best agency I used during my years in Selly Oak. Professional and understanding. Quick to respond to queries. Maintenance staff weren’t always as fab as the office staff but issues were always handled eventually. Prompt (and fair) return of deposits unlike many other Selly oak agencies. Would definitely remember to friends

I rented with Unihousing for my first year as a post-graduate student in Birmingham. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues I had were dealt with in a very timely manner. My studio was perfect, great location, and I had a great experience there overall.
