I've been with Unihousing for a couple of years now and it would be hard to leave them, their service is always professional and if I ever have any issues it's dealt with as quickly as possible! Everyone that works in Unihousing is very friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend them!

Great staff! Friendly and kind. I was in communication with Kelly and Kate and they were both helpful, patient and clear.

Lovely room and bathroom with good heating and water pressure. Lots of storage under the bed and in cupboards. Always got a parking space in the car park which is great in Selly Oak and I believe they are putting up gates to make car park more secure (I never had an issue with security). Maintenance issues quickly responded to. Quick to respond to emails. Easy for me as all bills included, made it ok value for money especially as I was able to get a room on a shorter contract rather than 52 weeks. Experience could have been improved by allowing contract to end earlier due to COVID 19. I have yet to get deposit back so I cannot comment on this (I have had a problem with other student landlords not refunding all deposit when issues were there before moved in but had a good experience with UniHousing so far so don't imagine this to be the case). I did not know the other students in the other studios before I moved in but everyone was lovely. Really recommend Unihousing studios for students with placements and Ashcombe Place is especially useful for their parking spaces. Overall really positive experience with Unihousing.

Rented with unihousing for 3 years, and had overall a the best renting experience in Selly Oak (having used other letting agents in the past). They are easy to contact, helpful at any time of the day or night in an emergency, and the team seem take personal responsibility to ensure problems get sorted quickly. Highly recommend.

Unihousing is a brilliant agency! They have ensured that the flat is always well-maintained. They have recently renovated our entire bathroom; and as students, we are very pleased with their generous work and support.

Been with them as a student for 2 years in the same flat and have been great the entire time, always happy to help with problems quickly.

I had no problem renting with Unihousing this year. Room clean, staff were friendly, and my many questions answered with very little confusion. I definitely would recommend to student looking for somewhere to stay in Selly Oak. 5 stars.

Unihousing are a very friendly rental agency. After renting with them whilst at university, I can recommend the company as extremely helpful. The maintenance team and staff are always quick to respond to any issues.
