Unihousing are a really great letting agent who are quite evidently aware of what students need and want at university. After renting with them for two years I can say the staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are often quick to a fix and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend looking for your accommodation with Unihousing.

I rented with Unihousing for over 5 years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were incredible. Even recently, over a year after I’d moved I needed a reference and they were as welcoming as ever. They still remembered me and were happy to help. Even though they have no obligation to at this stage. Honestly if I could go back to one of their properties I would immediately. I found the team to be very friendly and ‘caring’ being the important word. I always got a same day (same hour) response in the past when I needed help and in this instance it was the same great service. Make them your number one choice. Trust me. :)

Honestly couldn't have made a better decision. Very professional and polite staff. Maintainence team is quick and professional. They reply to emails as soon as possible...and you can count on them. They give no hassle whatsoever...and everything is made so easy for a first time tenant.

They are in a very convenient location, and have properties in more places than you'd expect...They have houses to fit everyone's taste and preferences and make living as a young adult, stress free. The choice is yours...I KNOW WHAT I'D CHOOSE.

After a nightmarish experience with past landlords and student housing agents in Selly Oak, Unihousing has proven to be an exceptional students letting agent.The staff, especially Kate, are so helpful and responsive to emails and request for maintenance. I wished I found out about unihousing earlier on.

I began renting with unihousing in July 2015 as one of 5 male University of Birmingham students in the Selly Oak area. With a property that was unable to be extended over the summer as both we and unihousing hoped, they were then hugely accommodating in offering us ways to improve the existing property (e.g. new bathroom, spotlight in the kitchen etc.) and gave us a very reasonable deal far better than offered by any other estate agents in the surrounding area. As unihousing own the properties they rent, there is a brilliant maintenance service in place that have been swift to address any minor problems we have had throughout the year, such as broken locks or even fitting a new heater in the bathroom for us. Due to people going on placement years we are moving house to a 4 bedroom property instead next year, and didn't hesitate to look with unihousing first. All houses have a fairly standardised environment that is perfect for our needs, and we have found another great house for next year. As head tenant I am invariably the point of contact between the group and unihousing and I have a fantastic working relationship with them all. They are good humoured and always reply to emails efficiently.
I would not hesitate in recommending them to students looking in the area!!

I am an international student and this was the place that I contacted for my residence as I didn't knew any other place. Believe me, I am so attached to this place that I want to spend my next four years at this apartment. The staff are extremely friendly and lenient. The rent is reasonable compared to others. the apartment is just 15 min walk from the campus. the furniture and appliances are of very high quality and were brand new when I moved in. Hoping to stay here.

I had a fab 2 years renting a student house for 6 people with uni housing. Everyone at uni housing is extremely friendly and go the extra mile for you. Respond quickly to any issues you have. Would recommend to a friend!

I have been in a property let by Unihousing for over a year now and during that time I have found the company to be nothing but very professional. The maintenance team have always responded to any jobs that have needed doing very promptly and I have found the staff based at the head office to always be very helpful and friendly.
