Really great letting agency who are very used to catering for students. The staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance repairs are carried out quickly and the overall price and standard of housing is fantastic!! I would definitely recommend!

The staff are friendly, approachable and polite. They reply to emails quickly and maintenance issues are generally promptly solved. When my boiler got issue, they offer me portable heaters and rebuild the boiler for me. They are happy to help even for small issues. Their office is in the main street of Selly Oak so it is convenient to reach. Would definitely recommend it to friends! :)

I began renting with unihousing in July 2015 as one of 5 male University of Birmingham students in the Selly Oak area. With a property that was unable to be extended over the summer as both we and unihousing hoped, they were then hugely accommodating in offering us ways to improve the existing property (e.g. new bathroom, spotlight in the kitchen etc.) and gave us a very reasonable deal far better than offered by any other estate agents in the surrounding area. As unihousing own the properties they rent, there is a brilliant maintenance service in place that have been swift to address any minor problems we have had throughout the year, such as broken locks or even fitting a new heater in the bathroom for us. Due to people going on placement years we are moving house to a 4 bedroom property instead next year, and didn't hesitate to look with unihousing first. All houses have a fairly standardised environment that is perfect for our needs, and we have found another great house for next year. As head tenant I am invariably the point of contact between the group and unihousing and I have a fantastic working relationship with them all. They are good humoured and always reply to emails efficiently.
I would not hesitate in recommending them to students looking in the area!!

This is the third private property I've rented in Selly Oak and my first with Unihousing! Shame I haven't been with them sooner. Their properties are modern and good value. They have a full team of helpful staff that are always nearby - close by phone but also literally! Much appreciated

Rent cost is good compared to most of the other student agents in selly oak. But mostly I would recommend Unihousing because they are friendly and always helpful. The smallest of problems are fixed immediately and they're extremely accommodating should you need anything. Of my four years living in Selly Oak they definitely provided the best service of the three agents I'd been with

Very good service. They provided a high-quality house and they arranged a variety of repairs and refurbishing. At the start of our tenancy agreement they inquired what additions we would like to have in the house. Although some of them took quite a long time to be implemented (up to November, our contract starting in July), they did as promised. They were considerate with our deposit and they only placed charges that we knew we needed to pay in. It should also be mentioned that they provided us with a good package deal, including every utility but the Internet in our rent. The rent remained at a reasonable level.

Overall, it felt reliable from the beginning and we are very happy with the service we received.

Staff are great and incredibly helpful. Didn't have any problems during my tenancy. Would recommend uni housing to any student struggling to find accommodation.
