Really great letting agency who are very used to catering for students. I rented with them for two years. The staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance repairs are carried out quickly and the overall price and standard of housing is fantastic!! I would definitely recommend renting with this company!

Good properties at very good prices and when asked for certain changes previous to renting, such as a new kitchen, this was put into the contract and completed in summer ready for us to move in to. The staff are friendly and respond quickly to any maintenance problems. They take pride in their houses and therefore when anything needs replacing this has been done efficiently. I would definitely recommend renting with unihousing.!

A friendly, helpful and efficient letting agents! We were looking for a cheap, student property and they understood our needs exactly. Compared with letting agents we had used in previous years, they went above and beyond; any break, repair or accident was dealt with swiftly. I would definitely use them again.
